Smart Phishing : IRS Refund

I got a pretty smart looking phishing attempt today. First of all it got past my GMail filter which usually filters a nice % of the spam/phish attempts. Secondly... It disguised itself as the IRS (better yet as the IRS wanting to give me money!) and did so reasonably convincingly to someone who is not real familiar with the internet. But if you look closely at the link they wanted me to click on you'll see it's country code is UA. This is the Ukraine's country code. Yes... somehow I doubt that the IRS is stationed in the Ukraine.

You should hopefully know this by now... But be extremely suspicious of any email of this type. No one wants to give you any money.
