Vegetable Pho
I’ve been a long time lover of the Vietnamese soup PHO but just recently I’ve started to get vegetable pho instead of the usual beef. I actually prefer it and not just because it’s better for me and because lack of cow death (because in fact the broth is still beef broth so it’s not truly vegetarian) but because I find it much more interesting tasting. Instead of just the same flavor over and over again there’s lots of different flavors to try with the vegetable pho. Check these photos of it. There’s a lot going on in this soup and it’s all brilliant!
