Verizon Typo Squatting

My ISP (Verizon) is a typo-squatter. Whenever I type in a domain that doesn’t exist it takes me to their special Verizon page powered by Yahoo! which includes a Yahoo! search bar and links to Yahoo! search results.

As an example I typed in www.fuckyouverizonstoptakingmetothisbullshitpage.com and of course it took me to a page with the Yahoo! search bar and links to Yahoo! search results.

I find it pretty annoying, although it’s not the end of the world. Particularly because I’m moving and will be free of Verizon soon anyway.
